摘　　要：目的分析1例酚磺乙胺注射液引发呼吸困难等的过敏反应。方法用回顾性分析方法收集该例患者药物不良反应的相关临床信息,对其发生原因进行探讨。结果与结论酚磺乙胺注射液导致的呼吸困难等药物不良反应在临床少见,但医师、药师及护士应予以高度重视,同时做好药物不良反应监测。Objective To explore the adverse drug reaction（ ADR） of etamsylate injection such as dyspnea. Methods Using retrospective analysis,clinical information about this ADR was collected and the causes were discussed. Results and conclusion The ADR such as dyspnea caused by etamsylate injection are rare in clinical practice,but doctors,pharmacists and nurses should attach great importance to it and do a good job in monitoring ADRs.
