摘 要:为解决因炼油低负荷而不能供给乙烯满负荷裂解原料的问题,介绍基于炼化一体化优势而进行乙烯原料多元化配置的情况。通过优化内部流程,采取回收利用加氢碳四碳五、混投炼油区LPG和外购LPG、优化调整轻烃回收和加氢裂化装置操作控制增产轻石脑油等有效举措,基本实现乙烯裂解原料的多元化配置,满足乙烯裂解炉的满负荷运行。In order to solve the problem that the raw materials of ethylene cannot be supplied for cracking at full load due to the low load of oil refining,this paper introduces the diversification configuration of raw materials of ethylene based on the advantages of integrated refining and chemical industry.Through the optimization of internal processes,effective measures such as recovery and utilization of C4C5,mixed LPG and purchased LPG,optimization and adjustment of light hydrocarbon recovery and operation control of hydrocracking unit to increase light naphtha production,it basically achieves the diversification configuration of raw materials of ethylene cracking to meet the full load operation of ethylene cracking furnace.
