摘  要:无线总线桥在分布式自动测试系统(ATS)中起着关键作用,从介绍无线总线桥基本原理出发,围绕无线总线桥设计需求,按照功能模块化的设计思想,把无线总线桥划分为若干功能单元,包括嵌入式控制器单元、无线路由单元、GPIB总线接口单元、航空总线接口单元以及电源单元等,其中嵌入式控制器单元是整个无线总线桥硬件电路的核心控制单元,其余功能单元均作为嵌入式控制器的扩展外设受其统一管理和控制,满足了分布式自动测试系统应用过程中多种总线信息稳定交换和实时处理的需求。WLAN-bus-bridge plays a key role in the distributed automatic test system(ATS). Starting from the introduction of basic knowledge, surrounding the hardware designing of WLAN-bus-bridge, at the same time according to design philosophy of function modularization, the WLAN-bus-bridge was divided into several function units including controller unit, WLAN router unit, GPIB bus interface unit, air bus interface unit and power supply unit and so on, among them, the embedded controller unit is the core of the control unit of the hardware circuit in the WLAN-bus-bridge, the remaining functional units are designed as an extension of embedded controller peripherals to meet the needs of stable exchanging and real-time processing of multiple bus information in the application process of distributed ATS.
