东北地区产业转型“断档”风险与升级方向研究

摘　　要：文章着眼于东北地区产业转型问题,从全国雁阵式产业升级特征出发,分析东北地区在全国雁阵式产业升级中的位置及扮演的角色,并根据东北地区优势产业演化趋势及产业转型的"断档风险",分析东北地区产业升级的方向,为东北地区产业升级路径的选择提供新的视角。研究发现,东北地区产业升级的目标为中技术,向高技术升级则会出现"断档"风险,并且中技术的中连通和高连通是产业升级的目标,渐进式的小幅度跨越发展对东北地区产业升级的作用更大。This article focuses on the industrial transformation in northeast region and analyzes the position and role in the V-shaped flock of wild geese in the upgrading of industries. It analyzes the direction of industrial upgrading in northeast region based on the transformation tendency and ＂disconnect risk＂ in it, which provides a new perspective in the choice of way. The study shows that the aim of industrial upgrading is the mid- dle-level of technology and there will appear a ＂disconnect＂ risk if aiming at hi-tech. The middle and high level of connection of respective technology is the aim of industrial upgrading and gradual development is beneficial to its upgrading.
