摘 要:目的探索营养护理策略对终末期肾病血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法将2015年1月至2016年12月该院诊治的80例终末期肾病血液透析患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规基础上进行营养护理,比较二者之间营养状态、体重指数(BMI)、营养状况、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果两组护理后营养正常率[45.0%(18/40)、65.0%(26/40)]均明显高于护理前[12.5%(5/40)、12.5%(5/40)],且研究组护理后营养正常率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的BMI较为相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组BMI[(23.65±5.21)kg/m^2]明显高于对照组[(18.03±3.12)kg/m^2],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度[97.5%(39/40)]明显高于对照组[85.0%(34/40)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组生活质量情况评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养护理能够明显改善终末期肾病血液透析患者的营养不良状况,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of nutritional nursing strategy on quality of life of patients with end-stage renal disease hemodialysis. Methods 80 cases of patients with end-stage renal disease hemodialysis in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and research group. 40 cases in each group. The patients were given routine nursing in control group and the patients were given nutritional nursing in research group based on routine nursing. The nutritional status,body mass index(BMI),nutriture,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the normal rate of nutrition of two groups [research group was 65.0%(26/40), control group was 45.0%(18/40)]were significantly higher than before nursing [two groups were 12.5%(5/40)] and the normal rate of nutrition of research group was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMI was no statistical significanceon between two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After nursing,the BMI of research group[(23.65±5.21)kg/m^2] was significantly higher than that of control group[(18.03±3.12)kg/m^2],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of research group[97.5%(39/40)] was significantly higher than that of control group[85.0%(34/40)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nusing,the quality of life of the research group was significanty higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nutritional nursing can significantly improve the malnutrition state and quality of life of patients with end-stage renal disease hemodialysis.
