摘　　要：校企共建实验室的建设是校企合作中的核心内容。当前典型的合作模式存在着科研能力不强、成果转化能力弱、学生培养效果不佳等缺点,建议从人才共育、队伍共建、成果共享等原则优化合作模式,完善制度保障,取得更好的成果。The laboratory constructed by university and industry is the key content of cooperation between colleges and enterprises. The typical modes of cooperation have some drawbacks in scientific research, achievement transformation, or student growth and so on. The mode optimization can proceed with student, staff, and achievement sharing mechanism, improve the system guarantee, and achieve better results.
