摘　　要：目的系统评价中国骨质疏松性骨折(osteoporotic fracture,OPF)的疾病负担。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、CNKI、WanFang Data和VIP数据库,搜集中国OPF疾病负担的观察性研究,检索时限均为建库至2018年1月30日。由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料,并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用定性分析的方法对疾病经济负担进行评价。结果共纳入23个研究。OPF平均住院费用为27 561.27元。住院治疗OPF患者中女性高于男性,而髋部骨折和脊柱骨折的平均住院费用较高。结论女性比男性更易发生OPF,OPF的住院费用较高,可能导致患者经济负担重。受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,上述结论仍需更多高质量研究证实。Objectives To systematically review the disease burden of osteoporotic fracture （OPF） in China. Methods We searched PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, WanFang Data and VIP database for observational studies of the disease burden of osteoporosis in China from inception to Jan 30th, 2018. Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias of included studies.The descriptive analysis was used to analyze the economic burden of OPF in China. Results A total of 23 studies were included. The average cost of OPF was 27 561.27 yuan. Women were more prone to OPF than men. Hip and spinal fractures were the diseases which had higher average hospital costs. Conclusions Women are more prone to osteoporotic fractures than men. The higher hospital costs of OPF may cause the reason for growing financial burden of patients. Due to limited quality and quantity of the included studies, more high-quality studies are needed to verify conclusions.
