摘　　要：针对烧结机台车频繁掉轮问题，经现场勘察论证、查阅资料，制定解决方案，技术改进后，烧结台车生产中故障率明显下降，确保了烧结生产顺利进行。The pallet roller of sintering machine often drop. A solution is worked out through site investigation and demonstration and consulting documents. After the technical modification, the fault rate of the pallet is obviously decreased, and a smooth sintering production is ensured.
