摘　　要：上海市历经20余年城市轨道交通快速发展后,新一轮轨道交通近期建设规划(2017~2025)即将获批,大规模的城市轨道交通建设蓄势待发。在新的轨道交通发展窗口期,对此前上海市轨道交通网络规划与建设进行客观评价、分析得失;对新线网络构型、建设时序与制式选择以及其他常发性重要问题进行系统梳理并提出具有针对性的建议。确保上海城市轨道交通网络科学和有效发展,使城市轨道交通建设更趋理性、更具经济性、更具人性化,也对其他城市轨道交通规划建设具有很强的借鉴意义。After more than 20 years of rapid development of urban rail transit in Shanghai, a new round of rail transit construction plan(2017~2025) will be approved. Large-scale urban rail transit construction is ready to go. In the new development window period of rail transit, the urban rail transportation network planning and construction in Shanghai is evaluated objectively; the pros and cons are analyzed. The new line network configuration, construction sequence,mode selection and other common important problems are carried out systematically and pertinent suggestions are proposed. To ensure the scientific and effective development of Shanghai urban rail transit network and make the urban rail transit construction more rational, more economical and more humane, it also has a strong reference for other urban rail transit planning and construction.
