国际关系中的和合主义价值论研究——兼论人类命运共同体思想的价值意蕴

摘　　要：新时代呼唤新的全球治理理论,建设新型国际关系和构建人类命运共同体需要理论支撑,国际关系中的和合主义比较契合新时代中国外交实践,可以作为国际关系理论"中国学派"的一种标签。和合主义的价值思想渊源于中华优秀传统文化、马克思恩格斯的思想和西方理想主义的思想。以共同价值为基础的和合主义价值内涵是对人类命运共同体思想价值意蕴的具象化,包括基本性价值、工具性价值和目的性价值。和合主义价值实践其实质就是国际行为体遵循人类社会发展进步的要求,作出正确价值选择并推动构建人类命运共同体的过程。The newera calls for a newglobal governance theory. A theoretical support is needed to construct a newinternational relationship and a community of shared future for mankind. The axiology Peace Cooperationism is in line with the Chinese diplomatic practice in the newera,and can be typical of the ＂Chinese School＂in the theories of international relations. The thought of Peace Cooperationism originated from Chinese excellent traditional culture,the thought of Marx and Engels and Western idealism. The value of harmony based on common value is the concretion of the value contained in the thought ＂a community of shared future for mankind ＂,including basic value,instrumental value and purpose value. The essence of Peace Cooperationism practice is that international actors followthe requirements of human society ＇s development and progress,make the right value choice and push forward the process of building a human community of shared destiny.
