摘　　要：人工移植膜的质量是鼓室成形手术成功的关键因素,不同的筋膜夹制作的人工移植膜质量各有差异。本研究介绍自制板状不锈钢筋膜夹的制作和使用方法,并总结其优点。夹出来的人工移植膜厚度和硬度适中,塑形效果好,操作简单方便,经济实用,尤其适合广大的基层医院推广应用。The quality of artificial graft membrane is the key factor in the success of the surgery tympanoplasty. The quality of transplant membrane production is variety form different artificial fascia clip. This paper introduced the manufacture of self-made plate shaped stainless steel fascia clamp and its application in tympanoplasty. The self-made artificial graft film had sound thickness and moderate hardness,as well as good shaping effect. This self-made plate shaped stainless steel fascia clamp is friendly in use,economical and practical,especially suitable for promotion the majority of the primary hospital.
