品管圈活动在降低透析器凝血率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低透析器凝血发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,通过绘制鱼骨图,分析造成透析器凝血的要因,并针对要因予以干预措施。选取2016年9月—12月在血液净化中心行维持性血液透析的患者40例为对照组(品管圈活动实施前),选取2017年6月—9月的血液透析患者40例为观察组(品管圈活动实施后),观察2组透析器凝血情况。结果观察组透析器凝血发生率2.50%(1/40),低于对照组的25.00%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动的开展能有效改善透析器凝血情况,对患者的治疗和康复具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle( QCC) activity in reducing the incidence of blood coagulation in the dialyzer. Methods To set up the QCC group and to analyze the potential reasons of blood coagulation in the dialyzer by using fishbone diagram. Corresponding measures were carried out according to the cause analysis. To compare the incidence of blood coagulation in the dialyzer in 40 patients selected from June,2017 to September 2017( as the observation group) and in 40 patients selected from September,2016 to December 2016( as the control group). Results The incidence of blood coagulation in the dialyzer was 2. 50%( 1/40) in the observation group and was 25. 00%( 10/40) in the control group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion QCC activity is potentially effective to reduce the incidence of blood coagulation in the dialyzer.
