摘　　要：机械性静脉炎是经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)术后最常见的并发症。本研究总结1例乳腺癌患者经头静脉置入PICC导管后并发机械性静脉炎的护理措施。护理人员为患者制订了针对性的中西医结合护理方案,加强机械性静脉炎、疼痛和并发症护理,发挥中医优势。在常规护理的同时,配合中药外敷及穴位按摩治疗,最终患者PICC成功保留,置入侧肢体恢复正常,患者按期完成化疗。Mechanical phlebitis is the most common complication caused by peripherally inserted central catheterization( PICC) through cephalic vein. This paper reviewed the clinical date of 1 case of breast cancer patients with mechanical PICC-induced phlebitis. The targeted nursing intervention based on traditional Chinese and Western medicine was carried out,so as to enhance the nursing management on mechanical phlebitis,local pain and other complications. The external application of Chinese medicine and acupoint massage were jointly used with routine care. The PICC catheter was remained successful,and patient had completed the following chemotherapy.
