摘　　要：小肠海绵状血管瘤临床较为罕见,诊断困难,临床表现为反复黑便或便血伴贫血。本研究报道1例空肠海绵状血管瘤致反复出血患者,经静脉给予输血、抑酸、保护黏膜及营养补液,口服沙利度胺等治疗后患者出血停止。在护理时,需加强心理护理,密切观察病情,做好饮食护理及用药指导,以缓解患者症状,提高生活质量。The cavernous hemangiomas of the small intestine are rare and difficult to diagnosis. This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with small intestinalhemorrhage caused by cavernous hemangiomas of the jejunum. The comprehensive treatment including blood transfusion,acid-suppressive drugs,gastric mucosal protective drugs,nutrition and oral administration of thalidomide was carried out to stop the hemorrhage. During the treatment,psychological nursing,vital sign monitoring,dietary and medication guidance were provided to relieve the symptom.
