基于空间句法的住区公共空间开放策略研究——以长沙三个住区为例

摘　　要：从住区开放到向住区融合,住区公共空间的营造对住区环境和功能有着重要影响。以长沙市三个有代表性的住区为案例,运用空间句法计算其路网和公共活动空间整合度、智能度、人流界面比较值和可理解度四项指标。并依据四项指标的因变量和自变量函数关系,用实地调研和问卷调查印证其计算结果,由此得出不同路网结构对四项指标的影响机理。进而以社区自组织发展和智能化监管趋势为视角对住区公共空间的交通、商业、景观、监管四方面提出开放策略。以期为路网整合度较高区域有效开放和将路网整合度较低区域智能监管找到科学、合理的方法逐步推动住区开放。From the open area to the integration of residential areas,residential public space to create a residential environment and function has an important impact. This paper chooses three representative settlements in Changsha as an example,and uses spatial syntax to calculate the four indicators of road network and public space integration, intelligence, flow rate comparison and comprehension. Based on the relationship between the independent variables and the independent variables,the results are verified by field investigation and questionnaire,and the influence mechanism of different network structure on the four indexes is obtained. In this paper,two open strategies are put forward from the perspective of community self-organization development and intelligent supervision trend in four aspects： transportation,business,landscape and supervision of residential public space. The road network integration will be more efficient regional open and the road network integration of the lower regional intelligent supervision in order to find a scientific and reasonable way to gradually promote the open area. Four open strategies of community self-organization development and intelligent supervision are put forward in four aspects： transportation,business,landscape and supervision of residential public space.
