摘 要:以还原铁粉和磷酸为原料,通过过氧化氢的辅助氧化制备了二水磷酸铁,并利用扫描电子显微镜、粒度分析仪、X衍射分析仪、红外光谱和热重分析仪,对其形貌、晶体结构与化学组成进行表征。实验结果表明溶铁效果最佳的条件为反应温度60℃~65℃,磷铁摩尔比为2.1∶1。在60℃条件下向磷酸二氢亚铁溶液中加入过氧化氢并在60℃条件下陈化2 h,获得产率可达97.3%的略带粉色的二水磷酸铁。结果表明所得的二水磷酸铁材料可用于正极材料磷酸铁锂的生产。The ferric phosphate dihydrate were prepared by the hydrogen peroxide-assisted oxidation withreduced iron powder and phosphoric acid as precursors. The morphology,crystal structure and chemicalcomponent of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,particle size analyzer,X-raydiffractometer,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analyzer. The results showedthat when the reaction temperatures ranged from 60 ℃ to 65 ℃ and the mole ratio of phosphorus to iron was 2.1∶1,the dissolution of iron achieved the best. The yield of ferric phosphate dihydrate reached 97.3% when hydrogenperoxide was added into the ferrous dihydrogen phosphate solution at 60 ℃ and aging for 2 hours. Thecharacterization results show that the quality of the obtained ferric phosphate dihydrate can satisfy the demand ofthe production of cathode material of lithium iron phosphate.
