摘　　要：回顾了我国在不动产测绘标准方面已开展的工作和"不动产测绘关键技术与标准化研究"的立项背景,介绍了新编不动产测绘标准《不动产测绘基本术语》《不动产测绘基本技术要求》《不动产测绘要素分类代码》《不动产测绘地理底图编绘规范》《不动产测绘成果整合处理技术规程》《不动产测绘成果质量检验技术规程》的相互关系以及与已有不动产测绘标准的关系,介绍了这6部标准的定位和研制方法。认为新编不动产测绘标准尚缺少不动产测绘数据库建设及其更新维护方面的标准,现有的各类不动产测绘规范(如地籍测绘规范、房产测量规范等)宜集成为"不动产测绘规范"或补充"海籍测绘规范""定着物测绘规范""林木测绘规范"等标准。It is retrospected for our country to do work in real estate surveying and mapping and background on subject ＂ Real Estate Surveying and Mapping Research on Key Technology and Standardization＂.It introduces the relations for each other and with other existed real estate surveying and mapping standards for compiling standards newly such as ＂Basic terms of real estate surveying and mapping＂ ＂ Basic technical requirements for real estate surveying and mapping＂ ＂Specification for feature classification and codes of real estate surveying and mapping＂ ＂ Compilation Specification for geographic base map for real estate surveying and mapping＂ ＂ Technical specification for achievement integration of real estate surveying and mapping＂ ＂ Technical specification for inspection and acceptance of quality of achievement of real estate surveying and mapping＂.Their positioning and research method are stated.The author thinks that the new standards lack of the standard in real estate surveying and mapping database construction and its maintaining,the existed standards in real estate surveying and mapping should be integrated into ＂ Technical specification for real estate surveying and mapping＂ or have three standards to add： ＂ Specification for sea area use register surveying and mapping＂ ＂Specification for fixed object surveying and mapping＂ ＂Specification for forest and trees surveying and mapping＂.
