摘  要:我国GB 150和JB 4732标准中的多种壳体元件厚度计算方法是基于弹性分析失效准则基础上的。依据JB 4732标准,壳体元件的强度可由应用弹塑性分析的失效准则来计算。由此可发掘弹性失效强度计算方法存在的承载潜力。将GB 150中各种壳体元件在压力作用下对由弹性和弹塑性两种失效准则为基础的厚度计算公式进行推演分析和比较,从而得到全新的强度计算公式,既满足压力载荷作用下的静强度又满足压力多次加载时的安定性。以一次结构法在压力容器受压元件强度设计中的典型应用为实例,验证了该壳体元件强度计算方法比现行标准更为科学合理、又经济安全。The strength calulation method for various shellcomponents of pressure vessel shown in GB/T 150 and JB4732 is based on elasic failure criteria,but the strength can also be calculated according to elasto-plastic failure criteria shown in JB4732. In this way, the potential ability of the shell components to stand the pressure can be discovered. By comparing the formulas of thickness calculation in GB/T 150 with elasic failure criteria and elasto-plastic failure criteria,this paper gives a new formula of strength calculation which can satisfy both the static strength and the shakedown. So this strength calulation is more sensitive and secure than the one used in the exiting standard. This is the typical application of primary structure method in the strength calulation of shell components of pressure vessels.
