摘  要:根据用能流的理论对催化裂化工艺过程的用能进行分析。在研究装置极限用能时,采用了两个新原则:不考虑用能品位的高低,统一了以热量作为用能基准;不考虑各种能量的来源,仅统计各环节所需的"用能"数量。揭示加工过程中各个环节的用能权重,对催化裂化基础极限用能进行预测,对不同工艺之间的用能差异也进行了分析,同时对催化裂化在现行能耗统计方法基础上提出尽量提高回收能量的品级的总体节能方向。According to the theory of energy flow,the energy of FCC process is analyzed. When studying the limit energy consumption of FCC unit,two new principles are adopted,i.e. using the heat as a unified reference for energy consumption without considering the grade level of energy consumption,and only counting the quantity of energy consumption needed in each section without considering the sources of all kinds of energy. This paper reveals the energy consumption weight in each process section,predicts the FCC based limit energy consumption,analyzes the differences between processes in energy consumption,and puts forward the overall energy saving direction of improving the grade of recovered energy based onthe existing statistical method of energy consumption.
