摘　　要：2016年正好是"95后"高职生大规模就业的"元年",他们无论是择业观还是价值观都有与"80后""90后"不同的新特点。本文从"95后"高职学生择业就业心理出发,以佛山职业技术学院学生为样本,通过调查法和访谈法,调查"95后"高职生择业观现状、存在的问题,从社会、家庭、个人等多个方面剖析"95后"高职生的择业观,并提出相应的教育对策,促进"95后"高职生的高质就业。2016 is "after 95" the large-scale employment of higher vocational students "first year",they both view and values are different from "after 80" "after 90" the new characteristics. This article from the "after 95" of higher vocational students' employment psychological,to foshan vocational and technical college students as samples,through questionnaire and interview method,investigation "after 95" view of higher vocational students present situation,existing problems,and from several aspects such as society,family and individual analysis "after 95" view of higher vocational students,and puts forward corresponding education countermeasures,to promote the "after 95" the high quality of the employment.
