机械类专业生产实习存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：机械制造生产实习是培养机械类专业人才的重要环节。受多种因素影响,目前机械类专业生产实习过程困难重重,实习效果不尽人意,严重制约了人才培养质量的提高。本文以内蒙古工业大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业2016年本科生产实习为例,总结存在的问题,提出解决的对策,为深化实践教学改革提供参考。The practice of mechanical manufacturing is an important link to train mechanical talents. Affected by many factors,the production practice process of mechanical specialty is difficult,and the practice effect is not satisfactory.It seriously restricts the improvement of talent training quality. Taking Inner Mongolia University of Technology's mechanical design,manufacture and automation specialty as an example,this paper sums up the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for deepening the reform of practice teaching in 2016.
