摘　　要：在素质教育背景下,对大学生就业指导工作提出了全新的要求,要采用多样化的策略优化完善思想政治教育,引导大学生树立正确的择业观,具备较高的就业竞争力,不断提高高校的办学水平。因此,本文从不同角度入手客观分析了大学生就业指导工作中的思想政治教育问题以及解决策略。Under the background of quality education,the employment guidance of college students has been put forward new requirements. It is necessary to adopt diversification strategy to optimize and perfect the ideological and political education,guide the students to establish the correct employment concept,have higher employment competitiveness,and constantly improve the level of university.The therefore,this article from an angle to start an objective analysis of the employment guidance of college students in the ideological and political education issues and solutions.
