摘 要:阐述了相控切除并联电抗器的控制策略,提出并设计一种基于FPGA的并联电抗器相控分闸控制器。通过计算并配合高精度永磁操动机构控制断路器动作。根据实验室现有条件,搭建实验回路并完成了精度测试,并进一步进行了单相的带载实验。实验结果表明控制系统能够正确有效发出符合要求的触发信号使晶闸管导通,控制永磁机构动作。该相控切除电抗器系统较随机合闸可以在一定程度上限制切除并联电抗器的暂态过电压。In this paper,the control strategy on switching shunt reactor by the phase controlled circuit breaker is described and a kind of phase-control opening controller for shunt reactor based on FPAG is proposed and designed. The circuit breaker operation is controlled by the calculation and with coordination of high accuracy permanent magnet operating mechanism. The test circuit is set up in accordance with the existing condition of the test laboratory and the accuracy test is finished and single phase loading experiment is performed further. It is shown by the experiment result that the control system can send out effectively trigger signal complying with requirement to make the thyristor at conducting condition so to control operation of the permanent magnet operating mechanism,and the phase-controlled system,compared to random closing,can,to a certain extent,restrain the transient overvoltage of the shunt reactors.
