摘 要:利用从南极土壤中分离筛选的产低温纤维素酶菌株SC-5,以甜高粱秆为发酵底物,开展同步糖化发酵生产纤维素乙醇试验研究。结果表明:SC-5低温纤维素酶,底物亲合性好,最适pH值为6.0,最适作用温度为40℃,pH适应性广,热稳定性好,乙醇耐受性好。同步发酵1.0 kg甜高粱秆可生产45 g乙醇,乙醇生产效率较高,发酵工艺简单实用。The strain SC-5 producing low temperature cellulase was isolated from the Antarctic soil.With the sweet sorghum stalks as substrate,the experiment was carried out for simultaneous saccharification and fermentation to produce cellulosic ethanol using SC-5. The results showed that the SC-5 strain had stronger ability to produce low-temperature cellulase,better substrate affinity,wider pH adaptability,better thermostability and tolerance to ethyl alcohol. The optimum pH value was 6. 0,and the optimum temperature was 40℃. With SC-5,simultaneous saccharification and fermentation of 1. 0 kg of sweet sorghum stalks could produce 45 g of ethanol. All these indicated that the fermentation process was simpler and the production efficiency was higher.
