摘　　要：加强党内政治文化建设是全面从严治党战略的基础性工作,是新时代中国共产党深化治国理政亟待解决的重大理论与现实问题。要使党内政治文化建设稳步推进并发挥应有作用,关键在于全面准确地理解其基本内涵及内在属性。党内政治文化不仅有政治文化的一般属性,还有马克思主义政党文化的特有属性,具有信仰、组织、制度与实践文化四大维度。这种特有属性从根本上契合了政党治理以功能、组织、体制与过程为框架,并以善治为价值追求的内在逻辑,顺应政党治理现代化致力于现代政党变革的目标追求。遵循政党治理逻辑将有力推进党内政治文化建设,推动全面从严治党战略目标的实现。Strengthening the construction of intraparty political culture is the fundamental work for comprehensively strengthening party discipline.In order to promote the construction of the intraparty political culture steadily and play its role,the key is to understand its basic connotation and intrinsic attributes comprehensively and accurately.The intraparty political culture is characterized with not only general attributes of political culture,but also unique attributes of Marxist political Party culture.These attributes coincide with the internal logic of political Party governance,which takes good governance as its value pursuit.Adhering to the logic of political Party governance will promote the construction of the intraparty political culture greatly and the achievement of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline.
