摘　　要：作为习近平治国理政思想的重要组成,"两山"思想以深刻的问题导向为逻辑起点,深刻揭示了生态环境与生产力、生态保护与经济发展之间的辩证统一关系。"两山"思想以"美好生态就是最普遍民生福祉"的民生观为起点,绿色、协调发展观为实现路径,最严格制度和最严密法制保护的生态法治观为制度保障,蕴含着丰富的发展理念和缜密的逻辑体系,针对"中国经济新常态"提出的战略性指导,对于全面小康社会建设、美丽中国建设、中国生态话语体系建构和促进人类命运共同体的发展具有重要价值。Xi Jinping's thought of"two mountains"starts with the profound and problem-oriented logic,revealing the dialectical and unified relationship between ecological protection and economic development.The thought of"two mountains"regards the idea that"the good ecological environment is the most common people's livelihood"as the starting point,green and coordinated development concept as the realization path as well as the ecological ideas of law as the institutional guarantee.As a strategic guidance for "the new normal of China's economy",the thought of "two mountains"will play an important role in the constructions of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,beautiful China and Chinese ecological discourse system as well as the development of human community.
