摘  要:目的:分析医用X射线设备质量控制检测的方法及影响因素。方法:采用奥利科X射线检测装置对B-Piranha557型数字X射线摄影(DR)、X射线计算机断层成像(CT)及数字减影血管造影(DSA)等医用X射线设备进行检测实验和数据对比分析,并对各设备的运行参数进行风险评估。结果:医用X射线设备应用质量安全与其剂量率、曝光时间、管电压以及分辨率等参数密切相关。结论:了解医用X射线设备的基本性能,制定合理的定期保养制度,开展预防性维护和质量控制工作,对保证医用X射线设备应用质量和临床使用效果、提高临床医疗质量、加强医务人员的放射防护和医用X射线设备质量控制安全具有重大意义。Objective To analyze the detection method and influence factor of quality control of medical X - ray equipment. Methods: X-ray detection device of Aolike (model B-Piranha557) was used to carry out testing experiment and contrastive analysis of data for different medical X-ray equipment included of digital X ray photography (DR), X-ray computed tomography (CT) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA). And then the operation parameters of each equipment were assessed for their risk. Results: The applied quality safety of medical X-ray equipment was closely related to its dose rate, exposure time, tube voltage, resolution ratio and other parameters. Conclusion: To understand the basic properties of medical X-ray equipment, and formulate periodic reasonable maintenance system, and carry out preventive maintenance and quality control work have important significance in ensuring the quality of medical X-ray equipment in application and their effect in clinical use, and enhancing clinical quality of medical care, and strengthening radiation protection for medical personnel and quality control safety for medical X-ray equipment.
