摘　　要：以汽车水泵用双列球轴承25BD4715DUM为例,在轴承外圈与皮带轮、内圈与轴过盈配合的条件下,对轴承安装后的径向游隙减小量和压出力进行分析,通过理论计算与推导得到双列球轴承原始径向游隙和压出力。Taking the double row ball bearing 25 BD4715 DUM for automotive water pump as an example,the reduction of radial clearance and extrusion pressure of the bearing after installation are analyzed under interference fit between outer ring of bearing and pulley,inner ring and shaft. The original radial clearance and extrusion pressure are obtained through theoretical calculation and derivation.
