摘 要:针对传统静电除尘电源的缺点,提出一种简单、经济的改造方案,保留工频变压器和高压整流模块,仅将晶闸管相控调压模块用IGBT逆变器和三相整流器替代,IGBT逆变器采用高频PWM控制。改造后的静电除尘电源采用电流闭环控制和电压前馈控制相结合的复合控制策略,高频数字化控制使除尘器具有除尘效率高、响应速度快、控制灵活等优点。实验结果证明了改造方案的可行性和有效性。To improve the power supply of traditional electrostatic precipitator,a simple and economic reform scheme was presented. Remaining the power frequency transformer and rectifier,the thyristor phase regulator was only replaced by IGBT inverter and three phase rectifier. The IGBT inverter was controlled by high frequency PWM. The composite control strategy of combining current closed-loop control and voltage feedforward control was used in the new power supply of electrostatic precipitator. The new electrostatic precipitator with high frequency digital control had the advantages of high efficiency,fast response,flexible control and so on. Experimental results demonstrate that the reform scheme is feasible and effective.
