益气活血祛瘀法对抑郁症治疗中出汗症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗抗抑郁药致出汗不良反应的疗效。方法:收治抗抑郁药治疗过程中出现出汗患者20例,均采用血府逐瘀汤治疗,1剂/d,水煎服,根据病情服药1~4个疗程。结果:治疗后,痊愈15例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率95%。结论:血府逐瘀汤对用抗抑郁药治疗过程中出现的出汗的症状有明显疗效。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of adverse reaction of perspiration induced by antidepressants.Methods：20 patients with sweating during the treatment of antidepressants were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,1 doses/d,decocted in water,and taken 1~4 courses according to the condition.Results：After the treatment,15 cases were cured,4 cases were effective,1 case was invalid,and the total effective rate was 95%.Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has obvious effect on the symptoms of sweating during the treatment of antidepressant drugs.
