摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在新生儿鼻塞正压通气(NCPAP)中的应用效果。方法:使用鼻塞正压通气患儿30例,给予舒适护理,观察护理效果。结果:舒适护理可减轻患儿的不适,NCPAP治疗过程顺利。结论:舒适护理用于新生儿鼻塞正压通气,有利于改善患儿的治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective：To explore the application of comfortable nursing in neonatal nasal plug positive pressure ventilation.Methods：30 children with nasal plug positive pressure ventilation were given comfortable nursing,then the nursing effect were observed.Results：Using of comfort care to reduce the discomfort of children,and the NCPAP treatment process was smooth.Conclusion：Using of comfortable nursing for neonatal nasal plug positive pressure ventilation is beneficial to improve the treatment effect of children,and it is worth popularizing.
