摘　　要：纤维支气管镜在临床上主要用于胸部CT检查异常、慢性咳嗽痰多灌洗、肺炎肺不张等情况。通过有效的护理干预,对纤维支气管镜检查的患儿130例实施护理措施,患儿及家属都能顺利通过检查,减少了并发症的发生,对效果满意,无医疗纠纷。Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is mainly used in clinical diagnosis of chest CT abnormalities,chronic cough and phlegm lavage,pneumonia,atelectasis and so on.Through effective nursing intervention,130 cases of children undergoing bronchoscopy were implemented nursing measures.All the children and their families could pass the examination smoothly,which reduced the occurrence of complications,and the effect was satisfactory.There was no medical dispute.
