摘　　要：Fournier综合征即坏死性浅筋膜炎,在临床中较为少见。由于患者病情特殊及临床诊治经验缺乏,在临床治疗过程中容易造成误诊和漏诊,对患者的治疗和预后产生不利的影响,甚至危及患者的生命。本文介绍Fournier综合征误诊1例,为临床提供探讨。Fournier syndrome is necrotic superficial fasciitis,which is rare in clinic.Because of the patient＇s special condition and lack of experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment,it is easy to cause misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in the course of clinical treatment,which has an adverse effect on the treatment and prognosis of the patient,and even endangers the patient＇s life.In this paper,1 case of misdiagnosis of Fournier syndrome is introduced,to provide discuss for clinic.
