摘　　要：分析1例输入羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠致呼吸心跳停止患者抢救成功的过程,提示医务人员应充分重视含羟乙基淀粉类药品的安全性问题,详细了解其禁忌证、不良反应、注意事项、相互作用,避免此类事件的发生。Based on the analysis of 1 successful rescue case of respiratory heartbeat induced by intravenous infusion of hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 sodium chloride,suggesting that medical staff should pay full attention to the safety problem of hydroxyethyl starch containing drugs,a detailed understanding of the contraindications,adverse reactions and precautions,interactions,to avoid such incidents.
