摘　　要：目的:探讨药物联合宫颈钳夹术在剖宫产术后再出血的临床效果。方法:收治剖宫产术后再出血患者,将其41例作为对照组,采用药物、子宫按摩等方法治疗;45例为研究组,采用药物联合宫颈钳夹术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后2 h出血量、止血所需时间和术后输血例数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药物联合宫颈钳夹术在剖宫产术后再出血的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of drug combined with cervical clamp for rebleeding after cesarean section.Methods:41 patients with rebleeding after cesarean section were selected as the control group,they were treated by drugs,uterine massage and other methods.45 patients with rebleeding after cesarean section were selected as the research group,they were treated with drugs combined with cervical clamp operation,we compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:In the research group,the amount of bleeding at 2 hours after treatment,the time needed for hemostasis and the number of postoperative blood transfusion were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of drug combined with cervical clamp for rebleeding after cesarean section was significant.
