摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术的效果。方法:收治胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者71例,对患者应用手术方式进行治疗。结果:71例患者经过有效治疗后,总有效率为90.1%。结论:儿童胆脂瘤型中耳炎比较特殊,需要结合患者的具体表现,及时采取优势方式进行治疗,以减少并发症。Objective:To explore the effect of operation of cholesteatoma type otitis media in children.Methods:71 patients with cholesteatoma type otitis media were treated with surgical treatment.Results:After the effective treatment,the total effective rate of71 patients was 90.1%.Conclusion:The otitis media with cholesteatoma in children is very special,it is necessary to combine the specific manifestations of the patients and take advantage of the treatment in time to reduce the complications.
