气管异物滞留气管内2个月漏诊1例

摘　　要：气管支气管异物是临床常见急症,异物可存留在喉咽腔、喉腔、气管和支气管内,引起声嘶、呼吸困难等,右支气管较粗短长,故异物易落入右主支气管。75%发生于2岁以下的儿童。但此次病例为1名成年患者,并且未出现呼吸困难等临床急症,故易漏诊,遂将此事件进行报告并分析原因,希望能引起各位同仁的重视,避免类似事件的发生。The tracheobronchial foreign body is a common clinical emergency,foreign body can persist in hypopharyngeal cavity,larynx,trachea and bronchus,hoarseness,dyspnea,right bronchial thick long,so easy to fall into the right main bronchus foreign body.75% of tracheobronchial foreign body occurs in children under 2 years old.But in this paper,the author want to discuse is an adult patient,whom without breathing difficulties and other clinical emergency,so easily missed diagnosis,and then this event were reported and analyzed,in order to cause the attention of colleagues,to avoid the occurrence of similar incidents.
