摘　　要：目的:对复杂肱骨近端骨折的手术治疗效果进行观察分析。方法:收治复杂肱骨近端骨折的患者60例,随机平分两组,A组实施髓内钉固定的方法进行治疗,B组实施钢板内固定的方法进行治疗,对其治疗效果进行比较。结果:A组患者优良率为80.0%,B组为93.3%;A组患者无疼痛发生率为100.0%,B组为93.3%,组间比较数据差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对复杂肱骨近端骨折的患者应根据实际骨折情况来制定科学合理的治疗方法,以此提高患者的治疗效果。Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of surgical treatment on complex proximal humeral fractures.Methods:60 patients with complex proximal humerus fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the group A was treated with intramedullary nail fixation,the group B was treated with internal fixation of steel plate,we compared the effect of the treatment.Results:The good rate of patients in the group A was 80%,and the good rate in the group B was 93.3%.The incidence of pain free in the group A was 100%,and in the group B,there was no pain rate of 93.3%,there was no statistical difference in the difference of data between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of complex proximal humeral fractures,we should establish scientific and reasonable treatment methods according to the actual fracture of patients,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
