摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对下肢静脉瓣膜反流程度与临床症状分级(C分级)的相关性。方法:对符合条件的421例患者根据超声检查情况及临床表现进行统计分析,对比下肢静脉瓣膜反流程度的超声分级与临床症状分级。结果:超声多普勒评估下肢静脉瓣膜反流程度与临床症状分级有部分相关性,但应考虑心率不齐、房颤等因素的影响。结论:原发性下肢静脉瓣功能不全临床症状的严重程度受下肢静脉瓣膜反流程度影响,心律失常等因素会低估超声分级,应根据静脉瓣反流速度、反流持续时间、反流持续时间与正常回流时间之比进行综合分析。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the degree of reflux of lower extremity venous valve and the classification of clinical symptoms(C grade) by color Doppler ultrasound.Methods:421 eligible patients were selected,then their ultrasonic examination and clinical manifestations were analyzed statistically,and compared the ultrasonic grading and clinical symptom grading of venous valvular regurgitation of lower extremities.Results:The degree of venous valvular regurgitation in lower extremities was correlated with clinical symptom grading by ultrasonic Doppler,but the influence of heart rate and atrial fibrillation should be considered.Conclusion:Primary severity of lower extremity venous insufficiency by clinical symptoms of lower extremity venous valvular regurgitation,arrhythmia and other factors may underestimate the ultrasonic classification,should be based on the comprehensive analysis of venous regurgitation velocity,reflux time,reflux time and normal reflux time ratio.
