摘　　要：随着城市轨道交通行业的发展,运营管理专业人才培养滞后,专业建设亟待调整与发展。本文运用经验总结法、比较法等,研究了在现有交通运输专业基础上发展城市轨道交通运营管理方向的模式,提出最小化投入与充分利用交通运输专业基础,实现课程体系规划和教学支撑要素配备等。With the development of urban rail transit industry,the training of operation management professionalslags behind,and the professional construction needs to be adjusted and developed urgently. Using research methods suchas experience method,comparison method,the paper studies on the basis of the existing transportation professionaldevelopment direction of urban rail transit operation management pattern,proposes to minimize the investment andmake full use of professional foundation,transportation system planning and implementation course support elementswith,etc.
