摘 要:以光学互感器瞬时值测量的"迅捷、同步和高分辨率"为需求,对光学互感器温度特性、温度补偿技术及光学互感器抗振技术进行了研究,经过试验和对比测试分析,提出了对应的改进措施。采用反射式光路结构,以HB Spun光纤为Faraday传感材料,利用柔性支撑工艺技术制成传感光纤环,设计了全光纤电流互感器的结构方案,并优化了检测电路设计。研制了高精度、柔性结构暂态全光纤电流互感器。测试结果表明,全光纤电流互感器在-40~70℃全温度范围内准确度达到0.2级。The characteristics of temperature, the temperature compensation technology and the anti-vibration technology of the optical transformer are researched based on the demands of "fast, synchronous and high resolution" which are instantly measured by the optical transformer, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward through test and contrast testing analysis. The reflective optical structure is used, the HB Spun fiber is used for Faraday current material, a current fiber loop is made by using the flexible support technology, the structure of an all-fiber current transformer is designed, and the design of detection circuit is optimized. An all-fiber current transformer with high precision and flexible structure transient is developed. The test results show that the accuracy of all-fiber current transformer reaches to 0.2 class in the whole temperature range of -40~70 ℃.
