摘　　要：中国传媒劳动力要素市场存在流动性障碍、价格扭曲、劳动力结构不合理等扭曲表征。劳动力要素市场的扭曲造成中国传媒产业收入分配结构、生产结构和需求结构的失衡。调整劳动力流动政策、构建合理的收入分配制度、增加教育培训机会是缓解传媒劳动力要素市场扭曲影响的有效措施。There are some distorted representations in Chinese media labor factor market, such as liquidity obstacle, price distortion,unreasonable structure of labor force. These distortions of labor factor market result in the imbalance of income distribution structure, production structure and demand structure of Chinese media industry. Adjusting the policy of labor mobility, constructing a reasonable income distribution system and increasing the educational training opportunities are effective measures to relieve the influence of the market distortion of the media labor force factor.
