“文明”视野下的中东与复杂多元的“交往”——中国特色中东区域国别研究学术体系构建刍议

摘　　要：随着中国国力的增强和深度参与全球治理体系,特别是中国提出"一带一路"倡议以来,中东在中国对外战略中的地位进一步上升,学界对中东的区域国别研究日渐显示其重要性。加强新形势下中国的中东区域国别研究,一方面需要借鉴西方学科体系构建的经验教训,另一方面,更重要的是要在坚持体现继承性与民族性、原创性与时代性、系统性与专业性的基础上,站在建构中东研究中国学派的高度来审视和思考。中国的中东研究可以文明交往论的历史观为主题,以国别个案为基础,从历史意识(时间维度)、全球视角(空间维度)、"本土"情怀(文化维度)、中国立场(角色维度)和理论创新(思想维度)等多个角度,对复杂多元的"中东问题"进行系统梳理和探究。建设具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的中东(区域国别)研究历程,是有其确定内涵和独特价值的学术探究之旅,是集时间、空间、文化、身份、思想五位一体的多视角交叉和多学科融合之旅,也是坚持中国的立场自觉、问题自觉和方法自觉三者高度统一的理论自信之旅。With the growing of Chinese strength, China＇ s deeper participation in global governance system and the proposal of ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative, the status of the Middle East is more valuable to China. Therefore, area studies of the Middle East shows its necessities day by day. To enhance the research of the Middle East country in the new situation, we need learn from the experience and lessons of the West academic system construction. Besides, we should insist the principle of inheritance, nationality, originality, epochal character, systemic and professional characters, then we survey and think deeply from the vision of building Chinese academic group of the Middle East. Chinese research on the Middle East can concentrate on the ＂Theory of Civilization Intercourse＂, based on the individual country research, then explores systematically the complicated Middle East issues from various dimensions, such as historical consciousness （time dimension）, global perspective （space dimension）, native feeling （culture dimension）, Chinese position （role dimension ）, and theoretical innovation （ideological dimension ）. The process of constructing Chinese Middle East academic group with our own characteristics and style is a valuable trip with rich contents. The trip refers to many visions of time, space, culture, identity and thought. It is also a theory confidence trip of an integration of Chinese self - consciousness, issue self - consciousness and method self - consciousness.
