摘　　要：公共图书馆在社区组建社区分馆是当前社会发展的必然需求,同时也是满足社区居民对不同层次文化追求的必要手段。社区分馆的组建需要充分调动各个方面的有力因素,多方面的筹措,以实现科学办馆的目标。Public library building community branch in the community is the inevitable demand of the current social development. At the same time, it is also a necessary means to meet the community residents’ pursuit of different levels of culture. The formation of community branches needs to fully mobilize the favorable factors of various aspects and many aspects of financing, so as to achieve the goal of library science.
