巴基斯坦人对中巴经济走廊若干认知的分析

摘　　要：中巴经济走廊是中国和巴基斯坦两国共商、共建、共享的互联互通之道,中国和巴基斯坦两国政府就此达成高度共识。在民间层面,巴基斯坦民众对中巴经济走廊认知的主流是积极的,但围绕地区利益分配、军队政府力量平衡、融资方式、生态环境破坏以及谋生之计等方面,也存在一些险性态度。中巴经济走廊建设要顺利推进,必须进一步助推巴基斯坦国民的积极态度,尽力化解风险性态度。China-Pakistan Economic Corridor( CPEC) is a grand project of interconnection and communication based on the principles of mutual deliberation, joint operation and shared benefit. The inter-governmental consensus has been enhanced by mainstream positive attitudes from Pakistani public. However, concerns over interprovince interest sharing, military-civilian power balance, financing method, ecological-environmental issue and livelihood can be found as well. China and Pakistan need to work together to address such concerns so as to ensure the smooth implementation of CPEC.
