国内云计算、大数据产业园区发展布局特征研究

摘　　要：大数据、云计算作为新一代信息技术的重要组成内容,其产业的发展能够有效的推动现有产业的升级和新兴产业的诞生,存在着广阔的市场前景和应用价值。作为其发展平台的产业园的规划和建设是一个充满智慧的过程,直接影响着产业的发展与兴起。文章通过对我国现有大数据、云计算产业园的分布进行汇总整理,从市场潜力、地域分布、用地规模、功能定位、选址等五个方面对其发展布局特征进行梳理分析,找出存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议,以期能为未来新的产业园的规划和建设提供参考。As an important component of the new generation of information technology, the development of the big data and cloud computing industry can effectively promote the upgrading of existing industries and the birth of emerging industries, there is a broad market prospects and application value. As its development platform, the industrial park planning and construction is a process of wisdom and directly impact the development and rise of industry. The paper summarizes the distribution of the existing industrial park of big data and cloud computing in China, and analyzes the development layout characteristics from five aspects： market potential, geographical distribution, land size, function location, location and so on. And it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide a reference for the planning and construction of the new industrial park in the future.
