可口革囊星虫室内自然产卵受精的研究

摘　　要：本试验,在室内人工培育条件下研究了可口革囊星虫繁殖期亲体的怀卵量、产卵量、卵质及产卵规律。结果表明:可口革囊星虫野生群体的亲体平均体重为4.61 g,自然群体雌雄比例是均匀的。怀卵量随体重的增加而增加,但当个体体重达到一定的规格(≥5.0 g)时,其相对怀卵量反而下降。从2015年6月30日至9月22日,亲体持续产卵85 d,亲体的总产卵量为1 673.0×10~4粒,其中,7月的产卵量为749.5×104~粒,占全部产卵量的44.8%;8月的产卵量为699.5×10~4粒,占全部产卵量的41.8%;9月的产卵量为221.0×10~4粒,占全部产卵量的13.21%。7—8月的受精卵质量优于9月的受精卵质量。In order to obtain the appropriate mature parents of Phascolosoma esculenta from the natural marineareas for large - scaled breeding, in the present study! the laying rules, fecundity aquality of oocytes of P. esculenta were studied under tlie condition of indoor artificial cultivations. The results showed that the average weight of P. esculenta parents was 4. 61 g, and the male and female proportion of tlie natural population was uniform. The fecundity increased with growing weight, while the relative fecundity de-creased when the individual weight reached a certain size （ ＂ 5 g） . From June 30th, 2015 to September 22th, 2015, the period of parents spawning was 85 days and the total amount of eggs was 16. 73 million. The amount of eggs was 7. 495 million, 6. 995 million and 2. 210 million in July, Atively ,which was accounted for 44. 8%, 41. 8% and 13. 2g of the total amount, respectively. The qualityof fertilized eggs from July to August was beter than that in September.
