摘  要:结合传感器、ARM、无线通信、服务器等物联网技术,设计了一套微型水质监测系统,监测被处理过的家庭废水能否进行二次利用,保证二次利用的水质能够达到城市污水再生利用标准。基于智能化、微型化的设计目标,阐述了由控制器到本地网关再到移动终端的总体设计方案;重点给出了基于水质传感器、STM32微控制器和WiFi无线模块的硬件设计与STM32软件设计思路及实现方法;制订了各部分之间的通信协议。测试结果表明,系统硬件、软件设计方案可行,运行稳定,完成了水质实时监测、进出水自动控制、二次利用水量统计以及移动端在线显示的功能。本系统实时性好、实用性强,可投入未来家庭使用,推动智慧家庭的发展,也可以应用于水产养殖厂和泳池的水环境监测。A set of miniature water quality monitoring system was designed based on the Internet of things( IOT)technology such as sensor, ARM, wireless communication and server, to monitor whether the treated domesticwastewater can be reused and meet the standard on the reuse of urban recycling water. According to the intelligentizedand miniaturized design goals, the overall design scheme from the controller to local gateway and thento mobile terminal was expounded. The hardware circuit design scheme based on water quality sensor, STM32micro controller and WiFi wireless module and STM32 software design ideas and implementation methods weredescribed. Moreover, the communication protocol among the various parts was given. The test results show thatthe system software and hardware designs are reliable, and the functions can be realized including real-timemonitoring of water quality, automatic control of inlet and outlet water, statistics of secondary water utilization andonline display. The system is real-time and practical, and can be put into future family use, to promote the developmentof intelligent home. It can also be used for aquaculture and swimming pool water quality monitoring.
