摘  要:钢筋锈蚀已成为钢筋混凝土结构失效的重要诱因,电磁传感器电路中元件参数的选择直接影响钢筋锈蚀信息的检测结果。基于电感耦合的钢筋锈蚀检测传感器原理,运用Saber软件仿真研究了传感器电路中电容值、电感线圈值对传感器性能参数(谐振频率、Dip的宽度和深度、谐振频率差)的影响,为传感器电路的最佳元件参数的选择提供了依据,使得传感器能高效地检测出混凝土中钢筋锈蚀信息;传感器电路用工业板搭建,通过对电路板布线的优化及元件的合理布局,提高了钢筋锈蚀信息检测精度,同时简化了传感器的面积,为后续的传感器的封装与安装提供了便利。Steel bar corrosion has become an important inducement for the deterioration of reinforced concretestructures. The choices of component parameters in the electromagnetic sensor circuit directly affect the detectionresults of steel bar corrosion information. Based on the principle of inductive coupling steel bar corrosiondetection sensor, the influence of capacitance and inductance coil values on the performance parameters of thesensor, such as resonant frequency, Dip width and depth and resonant frequency difference was simulated andstudied by Saber software, which provided the basis for selecting the optimum component parameters of the sensorcircuit, so that the sensor could effectively detect the information of steel bar corrosion in the concrete. Thesensor circuit is built with an industrial board. By optimizing the wiring of circuit board and the rational layoutof the components, the detection precision of the steel bar corrosion information is improved, and the sensor areais simplified, which provides convenience for the subsequent packaging and installation of the sensor.
