摘　　要：针对FSAE赛车在整车调校、车手训练过程中需要记录赛车运行数据,通过对FSAE赛车电气系统的研究,利用proteus软件对电路进行仿真,设计了一套用于方程式赛车的数据采集系统。系统需采集发动机转速、进气压力、氧传感器电压、赛车车速、转向角度、油门踏板行程深度等数据。数据通过CAN总线传输,最后通过2.4 GHz无线模块将数据发送到上位机接收端,上位机对数据进行图形化处理并实时记录和显示。数据采集系统在仿真和实物测试中都实现了预期的功能,对方程式赛车或特殊车辆数据采集系统的设计具有参考意义。Since it is necessary to record the running data of FSAE racing car in the process of vehicle adjustment and driver training,the electrical system of FSAE racing car is studied to simulate its circuit with proteus software,and a data acquisition system for FSAE racing car is designed. The system needs to acquire the data of engine speed,intake pressure,voltage of oxygen sensor,speed of racing car,steering angle and accelerator pedal travel. The data is transmitted via CAN bus,and sent to the receiving end of host computer through 2.4GHz wireless module. The host computer can conduct the graphical processing for the data,and record and display the data in real time. The data acquisition system can realize the expected functions in the aspects of simulation and physical test,and has a reference value for the design of the data acquisition system of the FSAE racing car and special vehicles.
